Which one are the main Asian Communities main topics?

Less health, more sports

The general distribution of the topics is excellent, even better than the European one (albeit slightly) and second only to North America and Oceania. The interesting thing is the order of the topics that are covered. At the top, as on all continents, are Tech and Career and Business. They are the first and fastest categories to develop because their members are highly motivated and tech savvy.

But the most interesting part comes immediately after. On average, Health and Wellness and Beliefs occupy the next positions. In Asia, on the other hand, in the following positions, there are “Language & Culture” and “Sport & Fitness”, with remarkable percentages (together they make up 16%). Checking in detail the nations, it is Japan, Singapore and the other nations of the Far East that guide this distribution (with peaks on “Language & Culture” up to 30%) while India remains a Tech paradise and, in at the same time, the nation with the most communities in the Asian continent.

NOTE: How did we calculated Asian communities main topic:

Those results are the synthesis of tracing more than 29.500 communities in all Asian countries, and analyzing the topic they declare as their main. We considered a total of 24 topic categories.  All the topics that occurred on less than 1.5% of the total were collected under the heading “Others”.
